With the opening of a new ACE Hardware in my area, I was finally able to get my hands on some “craft” hot sauces. This sauce is damn tasty, but god damn it is absolutely hot as hell. Tabasco Scorpion is my daily driver, and the Reaper still made me sweat. Definitely see why it was the last sauce before Da Bomb on Hot Ones for so long.

I took a decent sized drop of this on a spoon, and it was not a good idea. By far the hottest garlic sauce (that has flavor). Good stuff!
I finally made it through my first bottle, rationing it over months. Then I remembered I’m an adult with a credit card and bought two more. This stuff pairs with almost anything I can throw at it. Love the flavor and heat.
It’s the wrong time of year for this advice but it is incredible in a bowl of chili. I mean, it’s incredible in so many ways, but I was shocked how well it worked in chili.
