Breakfast

  • Walnut bread with peanut butter
  • 1/4 homemade "protein cake" (recipe in yesterday’s full day)
  • 0% yogurt and chicken slice

Lunch

  • Haddock fish with 4% cream and mushroom
  • Broccoli
  • Strawberries with mint
  • One small nectarine
  • 0% yogurt

Dinner

  • Green beans with shrimps
  • 1 pogaça with sliced chicken meat 😮‍💨
  • pickles and sushi ginger
  • 0% yogurt with strawberries and mint

Got a "no waste" basket from my favorite bakery, they were so generous, that pogaça is absolutely delicious and I have so much more pastries, so hard to resist!

A bit over but overall worth it! 💃

I’m so glad people are enjoying my posts, I’ve seen a few more doing full days, I hope more people post what they eat, it always gives me ideas! That’s it for today, see you tomorrow if I resist those delicious pastries 👀

    You can actually freeze the pastries if you have too many left over! Many of them reheat quite well in the oven. No need to thaw, just pop them straight in from the freezer at around 180°C.

    I laughed when I saw the yoghurt. That’s my go-to as well! Since you’re in France, too, I’ll share my recent discovery. Pink Lady apples, sliced, and 0% fromage blanc – I don’t know what happens, but the acidity/sweetness balance completely neutralises the acidity in the fromage blanc, and I swear it tastes EXACTLY like whipped cream. Texture, sweetness, everything. I tried it with other apple cultivars and with 3% fromage blanc, it wasn’t the same. But Pink Lady/Cripps Pink and 0% fromage blanc is the GOAT. It’s my new favourite dessert. Maybe you’ll like it too.
