this is how to fold the burrito first let’s make a burrito then take those sides fold them in and then we fold over once shake it a little so nothing falls out and then start rolling might as well tuck those sides in here as well and then we just roll and roll and roll and here we have a burrito that’s perfectly folded with nothing falling out

That is not a burrito …….that is a tortilla with a tablespoon of ingredients
The rolling is pretty much good, the problem is the tortilla has to be warmed first so it’s pliable and it won’t be at risk of breaking, yours didn’t break because of the little to no filling it had, and actual burro would’ve teared with that cold uncooked tortilla.

You can fold up a burrito without any filling it no matter which way you do it. Try that method with some actual filling and you’ll have stuff spilling out
