PSMF BREAD RECIPE –
1 cup of egg whites
2 tsp of cream of tartar
Mix in mixer till you get stiff peaks.
In a small bowl combine,
1/3 cup of egg white protein powder
1 Tbsp of nutritional yeast
1 tsp of Swerve confectioners sugar OR 1 Tbsp of Allulose
1/8 of tsp of active yeast
1 tsp of xantham gum
dash of salt
MIX
Add dry ingredients slowly while your mixer is on, mix for approx 2 mins. Make into a loaf, or anything really!!
Bake 325 for 30 mins turn off oven and leave In for addition 10 mins.

for all the likes comments and sharing my videos it really does help my channel grow all right i have been thinking about making this pie for the longest time and i finally made an order to switch grocery which is a company here in canada that is online where we as canadians can order chao so as you guys know i always have a link down in the description so that link actually is to the main um keto chao website in the united states and although they do have an amazing selection of things shipping cost a lot to come to canada so luckily enough they do ship to switch grocery where in turn switch grocery then has it available to us to buy so i have finally finally have made the order and ordered some keto chow so let me show you quickly what i got and then i will share with you what i am making so i decided to get some of i decided to get some of the savory ones because i did want to try some of the savory flavors so i have gotten two of the savory chicken soup and i have also gotten two of the creamy basil soup as well too and then of course i have some recipes in mind that i’m going to be making very very shortly so i had to pick up the pumpkin spice caramel so i’ve gotten two of those and everybody raves about this flavor and that is the caramel macchiato so i do want to make probably some ice cream at least with one of the packages and maybe have the other one just as a shake and then i ended up getting one of the banana ketochow and what i’m going to be making today and what i am going to be incorporating in my recipe today and that is key lime so i have gotten two packets of those one of them i have set aside because i am going to be making key lime pie today and it is going to have to be keto um this is the recipe that i have found on the ketochao website so i always have their website linked below and this is where i got the recipe so i’m gonna incorporate it with a protein spirit modified fast crust my pie crust that are made from the protein sparing modified fast bread comes out perfectly my favorite to date definitely has to be the coconut cream pie i have made that twice already and it is 100 delicious worth it a keto day it is fantastic so um i will link that video here in the cards so that you can maybe stop and watch that video but highly recommend making that coconut cream pie it is my favorite but we will give this recipe a try today i know a lot of you have mentioned that your favorite pie is key lime pie so that is what i’m going to be making today so let’s get started all right so you would have seen me um in one of my previous videos it was actually when i made the um german stuffed buns with the protein sparing modified fast bread i actually utilized some of that in order to make my pie crust for today so i have made my pie crust many a times this however i made a little bit thicker and i still only cooked it 10 minutes in the oven because we will have to put this back in the oven and i didn’t want it to be totally 100 done even though it does look fairly done but um hopefully it’ll still be okay once i put it back in the oven once we have our key lime pie filling on top but let’s get started on our key lime pie filling really really simple recipe i have found it like i said on the keto cha website little ivy has worked her way up to the chair now and now she is trying to get on the counter so that is why my eyes went there because i couldn’t believe she actually made it uh to the chair like i said in one of my last videos she is desperately trying to see what is on this counter and you know of course we don’t encourage her to be on the counter but you know she is so curious she is still a kitten hi she is still a kitten and she is only four months old so she is absolutely intrigued with everything ivy you are pushing your luck girl aren’t you you always want to make a debut don’t you come here so once again this is ivy she is so intrigued with the counters it’s unbelievable you can’t go up there it’s not good you can’t go up there you’re too little you’re the baby all right let’s get started on our key lime pie filling all right so we are going to start with our one cup of heavy whipping cream and then we are going to also put a third of a cup of our swerve confectioner’s sugar i think that was three i needed four of those so hopefully that was right and then a third of a cup of swerve confectionary sugar [Music] all right and then we are just going to put this on high until we get stiff peaks [Music] i bet you think that i should calm down [Music] and that i’m overthinking everything about you but i don’t know that much about you what things you like and what you don’t it’s not that long since i met you for the first time [Music] all right and i’m just going to put my oven on 350. and then we are going to use the zest of two limes so i’m just going to put that in our bowl here sorry i have a lot of mess going on here i realized but [Music] and then we are just going to use the juice of the two limes as well and put that in here i am actually going to get a cup for this actually i’m going to get something bigger because that is dripping okay this might work a little bit better because some of that did not work there we go now i even have a bigger of a mess this always why does this always happen to me you guys that’s when i tell you i’m not an expert baker or cook by any means but you know what i get by and usually at the end of it it always tastes pretty good all right so i’m just gonna quickly juice these limes and then i’m going to add my sour cream in this bowl and then we will move on to the next step all right so all right literally all i’ve done since the last clip is i just mixed everything all the rest of the ingredients in with the whipping cream and now i am ready to put it in our baked pie shell and then we are going to put that in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes and like i have mentioned with my pies i like to do like dollops everywhere it’s just easier to spread then i don’t risk the possibility of like ripping my pie so just in case i’m not an expert but this makes it easier for me anyways smell this smells delicious and then we’re just gonna spread that all around and then it’ll be ready to go in our oven all right there we go ready to go in our oven for 20 minutes all right it is the next day and i am home from work so it is later on in the evening it is actually after six o’clock p.m and i took the pie out of the fridge so it has set overnight and then i quickly just whipped up some of my homemade whipping cream if you haven’t seen my homemade whipping cream i will link that up in the cards for you to watch um but it’s definitely a staple i’ve been making it ever since i pretty much started my journal or my weight loss journey it is really really good um sometimes in the winter time i will have it like on top of my coffee and then put some cinnamon on top tastes really good but i am going to put this on top of my key lime pie now you don’t have to do this you can probably just pipe it and even do it along the edges if you wanted to or just leave it off completely but i thought that this would kind of taste good with a little layer on top so that’s what i’m going to do then we will dish up a slice and give it a taste [Music] next to you every night oh i shouldn’t love you but i might cause your lips they taste like cherry wine [Music] you’re no good for me we’re so bittersweet but i still want you i do baby can’t you see what you do to me i just can’t resist [Music] all right and then what i’m going to do to top it off is i’m just gonna put a little bit of lemon zest just kind of in the middle just kind of for color decorations [Music] all right that looks pretty good i must say so myself so let’s slice up a piece and give it a taste [Music] baby can’t you see what you do to of me [Music] i also will figure out the macros and put it on the screen for 1 8 of the pie that’s usually the serving size that i always use for my pies this is a 9 inch pie plate so i feel like um the slice that i had today was probably 1 8 and it’s a good decent size um like i said i don’t like having like a little sliver i definitely want a piece of pie so i will figure out the macros and put those on the screen but you will definitely have to have this on your keto day just with all of the added fat i’m sure there’s probably a way to make it lower in fat but this is what i enjoy on my keto days and especially on my refeed days when i bump up all of my calories and all of my macros so definitely definitely worth a try let’s give this a taste look at how good it looks i am loving these pies that are made with the protein sparing modified fast crust i find them actually better than like using coconut flours to make the crust they just taste so so good and i like i say they take on the taste of the pie so let’s give this a taste so good [Music] really really good the key lime flavor is so good it’s nice and tart um i would probably add a little bit more lime juice i like things like my lemon or anything like really really strong flavored but this is really good if you’re craving that key lime pie and i remember some of you did say that your favorite pie is key lime pie so let me know if you give this a try and also let me know in the comments which pie you would like me to try next like i said i will probably never go back to using any coconut flour of course i’m allergic to all nuts so i can’t use almond flour for a crust either but i love using this crust as my pie crust and that’s probably what i’ll use like forever right let me know down in the comments if anybody has tried any of my pie recipes i just love making them because You will be so proud, I finally made my first PSMF bread, I made your pizza pull apart bread. Even though mine did not get as high as yours, either my liquid egg whites were almost use by date or I didn’t blend them enough, it was delicious! Thanks for making the key lime now I guess I need to order some keto chow so I can make that for Thanksgiving, I know unusual but it is my favorite as well as Breana’s. I think I mentioned she is my 30 year old special needs granddaughter who lives with me. Oh by the way I used my ninja grill on the bake setting and my bread only took 15 minutes at 300 and it was completely done. Have a great week!

I noticed most use regular limes not key limes. Their probably hard to find and more work to juice.
Any chocolate pie not using keto chow?
I wonder how that or any of the pies would be in small individual ones in the mesh muffin mold.

What a great time for this video as we approach the holidays! My two favorite pies are lemon meringue or key lime. I also like to add True Lime or True Lemon packets to my pies as they add a ton of flavor without adding any liquid. They are just ground up, freeze dried fruit wedges and include the rind, so they add lots of flavor.

Janet–great videos and you are such a genius in the kitchen! I'm curious though as to how you store all the PSMF breads/rolls/etc that you make. Mine get moldy after about 3-4 days. I've tried the fridge, leaving them out in a container with paper towels, covered, uncovered, etc. The only thing I can't do is put them in a freezer as mine is full of carnivore goodies. Any suggestions? How do you do it without being forced to eat the breads, rolls & pies up quickly before they mold??
