Ingredients: – two tomatoes – One chopped beets – Half carrot – 2 cups spinach – 1.5 cups water – Green chilies -3 – 2 garlic pods – Small piece of ginger – Salt – Oil – Cumin seeds – Roasted cumin powder – Little bit of sugar/ sweetener of your choice
Process: – add everything in instant pot with 1.5 cups water and salt – Pressure cook at high pressure 9 minutes and let naturally release pressure for 10/15 then release remaining pressure manually – Remove tomatoes skin – Now blend everything to a smooth consistency, I’m using @vitamix – Now heat some oil and add cumin seeds – Once cumin seeds crackles, add blended soup mixture – Add water per your liking – Adjust salt – Add roasted cumin powder and little sugar – Soup is ready
