My husband got a hunk of ham from the store, and I was surprised at the calorie content.
This is 3oz of ham, “fried” in a dry nonstick.
The rice and gravy is a guesstimate from MFP since the gravy was defrosted from a time when I was not logging, but I have a feeling this is pretty generous/fair. The gravy is actually braised pork shoulder gravy, but there’s barely 4TBS on there and I didn’t finish the rice or the gravy.
Zucchini is the Thomas Keller method, seasoned well, and done in the air fryer instead of oven. Did Pace salsa instead of making my own sauce this time. Not pictured in my MFP screenshot is the oil spray which I estimated at 15cal.
Salad is just an Italian blend with Olive Garden Light Italian dressing.

Used some leftover ham (another 3oz) today to make a sandwich on 40-cal bread with light mayo (30 cal), arugula (5? cal), and [this practically zero calorie](https://www.alisoneroman.com/recipes/any-greens-mustard-dressing) dressing I’ve been obsessed with.
Had more zucchini/salsa as a side with it.
Total lunch calories for the ham sandwich + salsa zucchini was 280.

It would have been 190 without the rice. Always interesting to see the breakdown.
