For this chicken salad recipe, moist, seasoned chicken is tossed with diced celery, onions and eggs. Two kinds of mayo (Duke and Helmans) makes this chicken salad so creamy and the sweet relish goes perfectly.
Spices of celery salt, onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper flavors this chicken salad to perfection. Sandwich between bakery butter croissants and enjoy!!

all right to start this chicken salad we’re going to start by seasoning up our chicken breasts um I have some black pepper here celery salt onion powder and garlic powder you can get all these measurements on my blog and I have flattened this chicken out so that it cooks faster so just season up your chicken breasts with those spices you can add more spices if you like alright and now I have some chicken broth that I’m simmering and now he’s going to add the chicken breast in there let them simmer nice and slow I don’t know about seven minutes per side depending on how flat your chicken is but just cover that up and let it simmer and when the chicken is done just put it on a plate and let it cool off and this chicken is so moist and so juicy be careful not to overcook it that is one key thing to make chicken sell it baingan is to have a nice juicy chicken all right so now while the chicken is cooling off I had some eggs here just want to bring that to a bowl cover it and then let that simmer and those little things floating around a egg exploded on me so that’s what you see floating around all right so while I X are cooking we’re going to dice up our celery we’re gonna dice up our onion I like little teeny tiny bit and my I don’t like a real you know I don’t like a lot of chunks of celery and big chunks of onion alright so there we have our onion and celery mixture now you want to add in some cranberries some raisins and grapes walnuts whatever you want to add in you can go ahead and mix that in right now as well I have about 1 cup 1 cups worth of onions and celery alright so now we’re going to shred our chicken you can use two forks to shred it up I like to use my fingers because it’s a lot quicker to me alright there it is nice and shred okay so now we have all of our ingredients done chopped up ready to go our chicken our onions and celery and our egg chopped up everything is ready to go so now we’re going to start putting this salad together okay so in a bowl we’re going to add in our chicken we’re going to add in our onions and celery and next we’re going to add in our egg and now I’m just going to stir it all up get it combined okay so now I’m going to add in the Mayo I like to use half Duke’s and have Hillman’s I used to be a Duke’s girl all the way but now I’ve discovered when you mix the two you get a really really good flavor so I use I’m usually mix those two together alright now we’re going to add in our sweet relish sometimes I even put it in the dill relish okay so now we’re just going to add in some more seasonings I’m going to put in some black pepper onion powder garlic powder and some celery salt and you guys just remember to UM as you add in the seasonings and stir it in there just remember that taste it as you go and add more seasonings as you go that’s the key to getting the chicken cell to taste exactly how you like it because everybody has you know different prep preferences some people like it more seasoned I like it really really seasoned so I usually double or even triple the spices sometimes but this is a very basic chicken salad okay that’s how it look all done perfect creaminess I love this consistency alright when you’re ready to make your sandwiches I like to use for some bakery rolls always always always put down some lettuce and tomatoes if you like and then top it with a bunch of chicken salad load it up honey and high as you can get alright we’re done you guys add in a side of add on the side of great some plain chips and a cheering lemonade and you are so good thanks for watching guys bye

Oh my goodness, I just made this as part of my weekly work lunch prep and I was moaning all the way. The taste is so moreish. I added edamame beans, 1 spring onion and 250g pasta as I wanted to make a pasta dish. I can only imagine what it will.taste like after 24 hours.

the camera angles on this food blog is way off you don't clearly see the whole dish that's the downside. secondly who puts eggs in chicken salad????? This recipe ship called egg salad with chicken. grapes and walnuts make the salad delicious they do a version of that with turkey! I just can't add eggs to Chicken Salad
sorry not really looks like I just have to be honest slop!!! You could have took in the chicken breast and sliced it into chunks small or medium-sized. I know that's the way you make it and you like it may be a lot of people nobody I know puts eggs in their chicken salad I thought of it isn't appealing it when you start all together it is not advertising it's like you were making potato salad and just substituted chicken sorry big thumbs down
