I even contacted them and they said it seems so… but will raise it with their nutrition department. can someone help me understand why it’s so high per dish?

I’m trying to keep to 1.2k calories A DAY so sucks to find out my dinner is my max (so I’ll be over by 800 after eating this)

    Its 3 different carbs and cheese. Carbs are always going to be calorically dense.

  2. 1,198 calories is not “almost 2,000″—it’s barely 1,000.

    I would recommend you skip the naan since bread contains a lot of calories. Or instead of having 2 or 4 servings, spread the meal out into 3 or 6 servings—we do that a lot with Hello Fresh’s one-pot meals.
