[Music] I’m making muraba a traditional Moroccan chicken stew and I’m making it for Rosie that’s my granddaughter I started with Amish Hal chicken from Express poultry and fish and I also use a few products from Elk Hood’s Orchard it’s a company that Imports directly from Palestinian Farmers I like to use an instant pot because it extracts the most nutrients from the vegetables herbs and chicken now once it comes to a boil you want to skim off the fat and here I cleaned and have my pearl onions for the muul I added salt to the water and I cooked those until they were tender add some butter and sauté them when they’re done now at this point Rosie woke up and she was hungry so I was unable to record the additional steps but I did write the recipe down and I put it on my blog seren photography.com here’s Rosie trying it for the first time and guess what she liked it a simple healthy and nutritious meal the whole family can enjoy for a more complete ingredient list in how to make this dish go to
