We lived in Texas when my wife was in med school, and HEB was amazing. That’s where I got my meat when I was learning to smoke. We’ve moved states twice since then, and we still haven’t found anything close.

You should visit an HEB Plus! in central Texas. Some of them carry an entire fridge line of multiple briskets from wagyus, to primes, grass fed, choice and select, pre trimmed, and often split point and flat pieces. Probably twice the selection of what you see above.
