Bought a pizza steel and gave it a shot in my home oven. Pretty happy with the results, but lots to learn. Stretching dough is a lot harder than it looks!

Excellent choice on the toppings, no matter what you like on a pizza adding onions will make it better. Maybe toss some jalapeno slices on that bad boy next time if you like it spicy, although if you’re prone to heartburn, fuggedaboutit.
