Got a BOGO deal on a rack of ribs, so here we are! First time on the Traeger. Started at 275° for 90min, but it got up to temp way faster than I expected so I cranked down the heat for another hour or so and then let it stay warm 180° until we ate. It came out amazing! Roughly followed the Meat Church bourbon bbq recipe.

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!
