Very tasty! Comparable to a dark chocolate taste, not very sweet. I used mini semi-sweet chocolate chips since that was all I had on hand. Next time I will use regular sized chocolate chips to make a more “melty” crumb.
I used 250g of whole wheat and 250g of bread flour for more texture. Additionally, I cold proofed the dough for 3 hours instead of just one hour at room temperature. For a chocolate loaf I didn’t want to cold proof for too long since it doesn’t need the sour taste necessarily.
