I’ve had a bag of konjac noodles every day for the past month (incorporated with chicken, vegetables and different sauces). I’ve got to tell you it made me so fucking bloated, I’m now bloated all the time, even in the morning and TMI but to raise awareness they come out the other side in FULL at times – literal noodles. Don’t recommend…

I’m steering clear of them for now to see if the bloating goes away or if I accidentally fucked up my gut.

    Watch out, some people get really bad diarrhea as well. Best to start out with small portions and give it a day or two before trying larger portions. I’ve been lucky and I am not affected by konjac or the artificial sugars that get a lot of people. Drink plenty of water! Take walks when you can. Favor your left side when you lay down (helps move everything along). Feel better!

    I’m a low FODMAP girly and I tried the noodles once and thought they tasted disgusting and I couldn’t deal with the texture but the description of “unholy levels of gastric upset and rage” gave me a good laugh! I hope you find relief soon! Lots of green tea always helps me when I’m in discomfort.
