
Had both alone and with Italian food.
Initially rather tannic, but opened up nicely after two hours in the decanter.
Juicy red cherry and raspberries, along with some slight dirt and spice.
This is already lovely, probably has a long life ahead.
Beautiful bottle.
Would drink this again.

Brunello needs a loooot of time decanting to open up. Sometimes it’s better the day after.
