
Lobster tail skewers

Ingredients
4 Lobster tails
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 teaspoon of fresh chopped parsley
1 stick of butter
4 wooden bbq skewers
Bowtie Seasoning
Directions
With a pair of scissors cut down the sides and where the bottom meets the tail and remove the thin shell underneath
Take a wooden bbq skewer and work it through the meat of the lobster tail so the skewer is completely through to the other side
Season the lobster tails with Bowtie Seasoning
Place on your grill meat side down for 3-4 minutes (i recommend setting your grill to 325-350 degrees)
In a small pot add butter, garlic, parsley and lemon juice
After 4 minutes flip your lobster tails and baste with butter every 3-5 minutes
Once your lobster tails reach 145 degrees internal they are done
Let them cool for 5 minutes
Remove the meat from the shell and enjoy!

What’s the purpose of the skewer? It’s already held together by the shell no?
