How to make a quick bake with broccoli, chicken, and gnocchi in a creamy sauce.

Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
3 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
2 1/4 Cups Chicken Broth
4 Cups Chopped Broccoli
17 oz. Gnocchi
1 1/2 Cups Cooked and Shredded Chicken
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Muenster or Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Separated
Garlic Salt & Black Pepper
Directions:
1. In a large oven safe skillet, melt the butter over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add flour and cook 30 seconds, then whisk in the chicken broth. Bring broth to boil and cook 1 minute.
2. Add broccoli; cover and cook 2 minutes. Add gnocchi and cook uncovered 2 more minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in the chicken, muenster cheese, and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
3. Keep mixture in the oven safe skillet or transfer into an oven safe baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese over top. Bake in a preheated oven at 450F for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top. Let stand 10 minutes before serving (it will be very hot).
