Alec’s nutty butter brittle – ribbons of peanut butter and peanut brittle in peanut butter ice cream. Literally my peanut butter dream. And the texture of Alec’s has become my absolute favorite because it’s so creamy and rich but not airy. Like it actually has density to it. Their latest flavor drop has been amazing.
Van Leeuwen chocolate caramel cheesecake – a rare chocolate ice cream from VL! I like the big graham pieces and ribbons of rich caramel, but it doesn’t scream cheesecake at all. And I’ve noticed VL’s ice cream is very airy, which just doesn’t satisfy me anymore. I love their creative flavors they used to have seasonally and the collabs. This latest drop from them is really boring
