Mendez Cafe in SA — is there anywhere in Austin even remotely comparable?

Not Austin, but trying to find something similar here. …particularly those thick, floury tortillas; have yet to have truly mind-blowing tortillas other than valentina’s (rip lol) || if you’re ever in SA, check this out.
