Just trying to make pulled pork in the Dutch oven for the first time, 4 hours have already passed, I’ll give it another 3 hours

    I don’t know that I’d call it barbecue, but it looks super tasty! I see some onions braising with it. What else did you add?

    Usually takes 10 – 12 hrs normally. This prolly longer

    Looks like it’ll be better than crockpot pulled pork. Slow cooking can still be BBQ, fight me.

    i was always taught to cook to temp, not time. What temp are you shooting for? I usually shoot for around 204 F

  6. My pulled pork in the Dutch oven was done in 3,5 hours. Internal temperature around 90°C. Was absolutely juicy and fell apart.
