I made a Korean home meal today.
Golbaengi Muchim is a type of muchim (salad) made by mixing moon snails with vegetables.
Some Koreans can't eat it because of its unique texture and fishy smell.

    Love it!!!

    I put the noodle ball mound around the dish and put the muchim on the side. And lots of cucumbers carrots and mu too!

  3. Yea. Got a few places in my area that service this. Pairs well with soju IMO.
