I don’t think I get the point of a “remedy” for spicy food. Isn’t the burn what we’re all chasing? Isn’t that the point of eating spicy food? If you accidentally make something so spicy you can’t eat it then you either have to cut your losses, or tough it out and in the process jack up your tolerance by a couple notches.

I read that sugar is what really does the trick but when my mouth is burning nothing actually seems to help I just learned over time to eat spicy food very cautiously or suffer.
