A quick late lunch that really hit the spot!

Flour tortilla topped with sliced smoked chicken thigh and Havarti cheese, shoved into the microwave to warm it up. Added sliced avocado, red onion marmalade, and finished with some Murder Hornet Honey Bourbon hot sauce. My cooking philosophy is put tasty items in and you’ll get something even tastier back, but this exceeded my expectations. The hot sauce really worked well with the ingredients and took it to another level. First time trying it and I may be hooked.
