this is a three Michelin star risotto but is it worth it to make it home I’m going to cut right to the chase here and tell you the secret it’s a ton of butter and cheese I mean that’s always the secret to these Michelin star recipes this is Thomas Keller of the French laundry’s risoto and the process is simple but it takes a bit of time you cook your onions until they’re melt in your mouth soft add your rice and white wine then start adding hot chicken stock a bit at a time stirring until it’s fully mixed in and the rice is alente now here comes the magic mix in your cold butter until emulsified then your parmesan Rano cheese and finish with a little bit of whipped cream to make it even lighter since it’s a three Michelin star recipe we have to top it with these beautiful paragor black truffles and my goodness it’s absolutely worth it to make at home
