if you’re looking for a beautiful Gillette to make this is it I’m making it with halumi cheese tomatoes and bell peppers and so much flavor from that pesto let’s get started by rolling out a large sheet of puff pastry dock it with a fork and then spread a layer of pesto on top of it thinly sliced khumi cheese tomatoes and bell peppers and then just layer them on top of the pesto sauce I like to drizzle some olive oil over the top seasoned with a little bit of salt and some dried oregano and now we’re just going to fold the EDG of the puff pastry to make a beautiful rustic crust brush some olive oil and sprinkle some oregano on top and this is ready for the oven this is going to bake for about 45 minutes until it’s beautifully golden and puffed all around you guys are going to love this the khumi holds its shape and it but it’s still kind of soft in the middle the pesto makes it a little creamy and the tomatoes are so fresh and delicious along with the bell peppers I hope you guys give this a try

Reminds me of a southern tomato galett. I make several during fresh tomato season & freeze 4 or 5 for over the winter. I make mine with sautΓ©ed caramelized onions. I'm going to try your way when my tomatoes are harvested. Thanks! BEAUTIFUL π
