  • 1/2 Just Egg (frozen)

  • 3oz Leftover grass fed beef sirloin steak

  • 1/4 cup Frozen chopped spinach (drained)

  • Individual guacamole cup (365)

  • 2 tbsp Pico de gallo

  • 1 Cauliflower hash brown

  • 2 tbsp Whole Milk Greek Yogurt

  • Yellowbird habanero sauce

This comes to ~410 calories and ~32g protein.

NOTES

The spinach is seasoned with a few drops of EVOO, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of garlic powder.

I usually do 1/2-1 turkey sausage patty (25-50 cal. 3-6g protein) but I had half my steak from yesterday’s lunch leftover, so I sliced the steak as thinly as possible, and used that instead.

The Egglife wraps are a bit small, so this ends up looking more like a very large taco 🌮 but it has the spirit of a burrito.
