    These look Absolutely Delicious Grandma! One of the Best things, in all of the Wonderful things you cook with love, is that it opens up all the possibilities that are only limited by the Cook's Imagination. These Potato Buns can be a base for so many things. I make a Corned Beef & Potato pie, using Mashed Potato & a Tin of Corned Beef, that would work in these Buns. Or Smoked Fish & Parsley in the Potato, maybe Left over Roast Chicken & Mushroom. The one I'm going to try though is putting some more Sugar in the Dough & Stewed Apple, with a teaspoon of Blackberry Preserve, deep fry in the Oil the same & Dust with Powdered Sugar & Cinnamon. I'm going to try all these things.
    I must tell you Grandma, Your Eldest Grand Daughter is no longer a Teenage Girl, it's most Notable in this Video, She's now a Lovely Young Woman! All these Lessons of learning Cooking with you, She's going to make some Lucky Young Man a very Good Wife!
    I have to ask, is that one of your Sons who Videos You Cooking? or perhaps an older Grandson, I smile when every now & then a Hand appears & takes some Food, it reminds me of My own Sons when they left home to try living with some Friends, they always turned up when I had been Baking & Nothing was Safe in the Fridge. Your little Grandson has Grown so much! but he still has that Cheeky little Smile & Dimples. I envy you for the time you have them with you, I don't get to see mine for weeks on end, Everyone is so busy these Days.
