I’m going to make some martinis but I’m gonna make what I like to call a filthy dirty martini because I’m going to not just add olive brine which would be a dirty martini but I’m also gonna add carne Shawn a little pickled gherkin brine and a cocktail I can brine so it’s gonna be not just dirty it’s gonna be filthy dirty so filthy dirty means your eyes will probably be swollen about tomorrow we need the salt in the brine and the actual health off but that’s okay right why not so what I’m making is other than all ice ice ice on your eyes in the morning cold water cold water back all the other than all the dirtiness I’m making a very very classic martini which is one and a half ounces of gin three quarters of an ounce of dry vermouth and not a lot of people notice but in a classic martini you always add a dash of orange bitters says who says the guy so we’ve made that the martini or they might be okay and then who knew already pre-measured all my brines yeah I would make that so differently I would start with a glass full of brine salty vinegary we can always adjust in her and had some cold what you would did Chinon vermouth is you would actually make the martini in this probably anyway so a classic martini so only skirt so it looks nice and clean you’re not like bubbly you’re supposed to be filthy well it’s filthy trust no but like it’s supposed to look dirty they’re gonna backseat driver I’m going to add our garnish so make it look nice pretty there you go it’s supposed to look healthy well it’ll make me feel filthy oh that’s better [Applause] you
