I have a lot of purchase anxiety and did a lot of research before ordering this directly from Weber. It got here Wednesday but due to the weather couldnt cook until this morning. I did Chicken breast, morel mushrooms, onions, green peppers and bacons. The chicken came out super juicy.
This thing is phenomenal. I've had a lot of grills and this is definitely my favorite. Its so versatile. I seasoned it 3 times before using using canola oil. Highly recommend.
I had to build it myself and it was quite easy. There is one part thats much easier with two people due to a lift, but otherwise very simple stuff.
I do use a laser temp reader because i dont trust the built in thermometer. Seems like it was reading much lower than what I was getting for readings. Other than that I love everything about this grill. Would recommend.
