WHAT IS A MUKBANG?
The word (mukbang) is made up of the korean word “eating” (meoknuen) and “broadcast” (bangsong). It originated in South Korea in the early 2000s. It is basically an eating show that has gone global in the recent years. And now is very popular in the US. Grab some food or dont and come sit down and watch my show.

so today we’re doing mustard buttermilk catfish so you want to take about three tablespoons of mustard smother it in the catfish and you want to take about a cup of buttermilk and smother it as well in the catfish let it marinate for about 35 minutes and then you want to start adding in these seasonings that i’m using i used a whole packet of sazon and then i used one tablespoon of each one of these seasonings that you see right here very very simple so once you have all of these seasonings mixed together in a bowl you want to start sprinkling it onto the catfish after you’ve marinated the catfish to how much you like however much you like you don’t have to use the full amount that i use you can use less or you can use more or you can use anything different then you want to put plastic on it and let it marinate in another hour so then you want to add in about two cups two to three cups of cornmeal and then you want to add in the seasonings as long along with your um starch and also make sure you add in one to two cups of flour with this i didn’t show this part of it but i also added in one to two cups of flour along with the cornmeal okay and then you want to mix it all together it’s the kubernetes jelly yeah this one’s guava and one that one’s blackberry yeah it’s this and then i got me some um sauerkraut back here because i like it oh my oh my god catfish guava jam good with bread all my catfish yeah and this piece of catfish yeah so how was everybody doing they’re the inside y’all let me tell you something honey the weapons are of our warfare are not carnal but they are mighty yeah through the pulling down strongholds let me tell you something the devil is after your piece i was in my kitchen today honey when my husband was at work i was preparing i was preparing myself for when um what was going to take place today okay like everything i needed to get done and everything like that and in the midst of me preparing myself i had spilled some uh pickle juice all over my feet all over the floor now i said to myself i said self you know this is the enemy sure you know this is the enemy trying to attack you the enemy wants to take in that minute in that moment the holy spirit told me the enemy wants to take your piece now why does any myself say it why do the enemy want to take my peace [Music] and the holy spirit said because if the enemy can take your peace he can take your joy and if the enemy can take your joy he can get your mind focused on things that really don’t matter at the end of the day and get you confused and if the enemy can be successful with confusing you he can do what he already came here to do to you anyway yeah kill steal and destroy you so the enemy wants to take your piece so that he can confuse your mind okay so that he can do what ultimately destroy you and set you off of your path so god said don’t get mad about how the way your day is going it ain’t numb about the enemy child god said don’t get mad so i’ma tell you all that too don’t get mad about how your day going right now just move on if something happens and it ain’t in your favor if you feel some type of way and it ain’t in your favor you have some pain in your body headache neck ache because and it ain’t your favorite honey honey just keep moving about your day baby don’t even worry about it don’t even focus don’t even focus your attention on it okay because if you because where your energy go is where your mind goes and the enemy wants your mind to go to a place of grief regret sorrow depression stress anxiety fear who wants your mind to go there tiredness laziness the devil wants your mind to go there to side track you and throw you off it don’t matter what’s happening in your day that you can still have a good day amen and even if you’re not having a good day that’s okay god didn’t promise us always that he was going to always have good days so what happened both are needed we can’t have always good days we got to have bad days too so take your bad day if you having a bad day and move on move on don’t let it what i’m basically trying to say is is don’t let what you’re going through stop you from being grateful because when you start complaining about how you feel and what you’re going through you stop getting you start feeling ungrateful and it takes your mind your attention off of what god has done for you and who he’s been to you yeah don’t allow your current situation to make you forget about all the ways that god has been good to you understand that there is going to always be something and let me tell you something we need daily reminders okay because i need to be reminded daily yeah daily because i’m always feeling some type of weight you know there’s always something the devil try the devil always try to throw me a curveball every day every single day he tried to throw me a curveball so today i’m just like you know what no i’m not rushing where are my job i’m not going to sit up here and rush through my day lava jamaican guava chill yeah if i had something to do today and i didn’t get it all done then oh well it’ll get done tomorrow god willing yeah i ain’t rushing i ain’t overthinking i’m enjoying my moment by moment by moment and since my and my husband can tell you since you’ve been home i ain’t fussed and i’m stressed about nothing i’ve just been doing it living the moment you’re good yeah because life is too precious to dwell on things you can’t change i’m thankful for my health i’m thankful for my family i’m thankful i’m a guy that god gave me my right mind i’m thankful that my i was able to help my son all week with his schoolwork and my son is caught up and doing great now i’m thankful that i have two beautiful children that live here with me that grace me with their smiles every single day i’m grateful for my stepdaughter that calls faithfully to check up on us and i’m grateful that she’s healthy okay yeah okay i’m grateful that i get to lay down every night next to a man that makes me feel like a woman that loves me inside and out and that i can always count on to be right by my side no matter what i’m going through i’m thankful for that i’m thankful for my mother my mother is still here there are so many people that don’t have their mothers or their fathers and i have both of my parents still here and i’m faithful yeah today is a day of gratitude sometimes we put ourselves in a bad mood because we start thinking about everything we have to do yeah i’m just so surprised instead of just being grateful grateful grateful graceful just grateful you know if you tired be tired grateful no matter what you’re feeling fill it with gratefulness it’s going to be all right all right [Music] i’m going to tell you like this man there’s somebody out here
