Right now though I am jumping into a fun and cool soup, it is perfect for this cooling weather. What’s better than a great tomato soup? How about a tomato soup with some fried mozzarella!! 2 lb. Cherry Tomatoes
2 Heads Garlic
1 Red Onion, Sliced
1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
4 Thyme Sprigs
Salt
Pepper
3 Cups Vegetable Stock
1/4 Cup Havy Cream

Fried Mozzarella:
20 Mini Mozza-Balls
3/4 Cup Flour
Salt
Pepper
1 Egg
2 Cups Breadcrumbs

what’s up guys Tony R here and it’s a little bit chilly outside so I decided to jump in and do a soup today I’m going to be making a creamy tomato soup with some matah ball skewers you know exactly what this is don’t you that’s right this is awesome so let’s just go and get started and jump right into this [Music] one [Music] if you guys love all the cool content I’m putting on my channel the easiest way to make sure it keeps on rolling and help the channel grow is just to like and share this video drop a comment down below then go ahead and subscribe and share my YouTube channel that way every Monday and Friday I get a brand new really cool simple recipe just like this karami tomato soup with Mata Bal skewers which to start I have my oven preheating to 400° then what I’m going to do is I’m going to take my tomatoes get them thrown on a baking dish I’m going to thinly slice some red onion throw that on [Music] there then I’m going to take two whole heads worth of garlic throw that on there [Music] then I’m going to go ahead and sprinkle this with some balsamic vinegar and olive oil some fresh thyme salt and pepper then I’ll pop this in my oven for about 35 [Music] minutes after about 30 35 minutes you can see my tomatoes are splitting open so the I know that they’re done what I’m going to do now is I’m going to take this put this into my cooking pot along with three cups of vegetable broth then I’m going to go ahead and get this boiling once it’s boiling I’m going to reduce the Heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes once it’s done simmering I’m going to go ahead take my Emulsion blender and get that nice and [Music] creamy [Music] once I have that nice and smooth I’m going to add my cream in then I’ll set this aside and start working on my matah [Music] balls now with the soup done I’m going to go ahead and make my mozzarella balls for this I have some flour in a bowl I’m going to add some salt and pepper I’m going to beat a couple of eggs in a second bowl then what I’m going to do is I’m going to take my mozzarella my mozzarella balls dump them in that flour get them nice and coated run them through the egg then run them through some breadcrumbs I’ll pop those on a skewer and I’ll put them in my freezer for about 10 minutes once that’s done I have my oil preheating to 350° I’ll drop those in just for about say maybe a minute and these will be done [Music] and that’s it guys our creamy tomato soup with mozzarella balls is done just take a look at how this came out it freaking looks awesome my soup looks great I put an extra little th in there my mozzarella balls look great but you know we can’t just look at this got to go dig in actually let me get a little bit of this here little bit of the soup boom there we go and give this a try this oh my god is perfect for those chilly rainy days like today so go ahead like share comment on the video down below if you need complete step-by-step prle instructions check out average guy gay.com to my patreon consider subscribing for even one that help this content keep rolling out subscribe to my YouTube channel give this a try and we’ll see you guys next [Music] [Music] time [Music] he
