It’s incredibly tasty and simple!

INGREDIENTS
Sushi rice 200g
Rice vinegar 22ml
Salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp

Raw Salmon or Trout (cut into small cubes)
Cucumber (cut into small cubes)
Philadelphia cream cheese
Sushi Nori (cut into thin strips)

For garnish:
Soy sauce
Mirin cooking seasoning
Wasabi
Pickled ginger

Rinse the sushi rice with cold water running water, until water runs clear. Bring rice to a boil over medium-high heat. Immediately turn heat to low. Cook for 35 minutes. Remove from heat. Let sit, covered for 15 minutes.
In a small bowl, dissolve the salt and sugar in the rice vinegar.
Pour evenly over rice. Stir until the rice is nice and sticky. Leave rice for 15 minutes or until rice is just about room temperature.

Cut the trout into small cubes. Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
Cut the nori into small thin strips.
Add the nori to a prepared rice. Mix gently.
Use the form for ice. Cover with cling film. Layer out the trout, Philadelphia cheese, cucumber, rice with nori. Compact the shape well.
Leave in the cool for 15 minutes.
Carefully turn over and remove film.
Add the sesame seeds.
Serve with soy sauce, Mirin, wasabi, and picked ginger.
