Boneless from Costco done in my countertop combination air fryer/oven. I used the Combustion predictive thermometer. It was delicious even if I say so myself.

A few additional notes: 1. Prime rib was about 4.5lbs. 2. I have a Cuisinart countertop combination oven. The 4.5lb size piece of meat was just the right size. Any larger and I doubt it would fit. I would like to take a look at the Breville Joule to see if has a larger cooking volume. 3. The Combustion Inc predictive thermometer did a good job. It predicted the end time within 2 minutes and the temperature was only 1.5ºF above its setting when I probed it with a Thermapen. Plus having a “progress meter” for your meat is quite nice.
