Had some friends over last night. Prime ribeye with crab bechamel and garlic shrimp, and a snake River farms American wagyu shoulder for the non crab folks. Some asparagus and corn on the side.

That SRF meat was divine!

Also I finally got grill grates for my TEC. Meats were done to 120 over charcoal in the Weber and brought back to temp on the TEC just before serving.
