- half an almond croissant
- 1 "torsade au chocolat"
Lunch
- Potatoes, chicken and broccoli
- Faiselle (French cottage cheese)
- Pickles, cherry tomatoes and sushi ginger
- One protein yogurt
Dinner
- Konjac noodles, 5% ground beef, mushrooms and tomato sauce
- Cabbage & carrots salad with some pickles
- Carrot soup
- One 0% yogurt

This is inspiring because I’m going on vacation to France this weekend and plan on eating pastries for breakfast 😅
