    It is nice to look at this way. We have lost a lot when we went to online recipes that take forever to scroll back and forth between the instructions and ingredients, all after 10 pages of ads and background info.

    I tend to change my baking recipes to something along these lines – but, for the ones I make often, I usually convert so they go by weight so I can just throw the bowl on a scale, and add the ingredients without using a specific measure cup, etc.
