

Hi guys! I’m an intermediate baker and decided to make croissants for the very first time. I used Claire Saffitz NYT recipe. The recipe was easy to follow but definitely required a lot of technique. I cracked my butter by time I got to the second fold but decided to just keep pushing through. I also struggled with rolling my dough thin enough. Any tips on this? Any tips on my next bake? My butter bill is about to be crazy this month lol.
