So I made mine in a cast iron pot, which as you know retains heat REALLY well. But I got distracted and left mine too high for too long and lost most of my juice 🙁

So please remember if you cook yours in a cast iron pot, turn off heat and move from burner!!

Other than that, I really enjoyed this one. I liked that you make it all in one pot, minimal clean up! I would add additional seasoning next time. It was a tad bit bland. I also would get the house rolls with this, kinda needed that something extra.
