Apple strudel with cinnamon and raisins
Flaky yeast dough 500 g.
Apples 800 g.
Raisins 150 g.
Cinnamon 20 g.
Sugar 150 g.
Butter 50 g.
A pinch of salt.
One egg yolk.
Milk 1 tablespoon

Apples are washed cleaned from the tails and core, cut into cubes and pour the juice of one small lemon and leave for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
On a heated frying pan put oil and send apples adding sugar, salt, slightly fry and remove to a cup adding raisins and add cinnamon stir and leave to cool to slightly warm.
When the filling is ready take the dough and roll it out as in the video, fill it with the filling again as in the video and roll it into a roll. Protect the edges of the roll, make cuts, smear egg yolk whipped with milk, put on a baking tray lined with parchment and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius 25-30 minutes, top down. Look at your oven.
When the time is up, take out of the oven and let cool.
Then cut as desired and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
