this is a pierogi Taco like legit it’s stuffed with cheesy potato wow now pierogito is so easy just makes water oil egg and flour now just cover for 20 minutes do it roll your dough thin cut circles and slap down cheesy mashed potatoes and to shape use a metal Taco holder and bake your sausage on a thermal Pro Temp Spike and Grill until they hit 160. assembled with pickled red cabbage sausage pepper mayo and grainy mustard but let me know what you would use for toppings
