First attempt at rotisserie on the pellet grill. This came out great but I would give it more time with direct heat next time. I was conservative on temp the first hour around 325 with the sear grate closed. Internal temp was 140° so I bumped it up to 400 and opened the sear grate for direct heat. Took about 2 hours total.
