I recently bought my first grill in years, a Weber Genesis, and I’ve listened to a clip of Bones Kirk and Spock talk about the Genesis project from Star Trek II twice now when I fire it up. I like to imagine Bones is riled up about me playing god on my grill. But it’s only logical to get a nice sear on my steak.
