I love the thicker edges ..no sticking of cookies together ..no need to shape them after baking ..don’t know why I never tried it this way before !

    Great idea! 💡 I see chocolate chip buns in your future. Kinda like a thicker crescent crumb but with a firmer crusty crust.

    these look amazing and perfect for ice cream sandwiches!

    If you don’t have these another method is when you first take them out the oven, take a large drinking glass and place it upside down on top of a cookie. Jiggle it around so the edges of the cookie get rounded by the edge of the glass opening. Comes out perfect every time 😁
