this is Kirk’s [Music] kitchen Northern snake head to most folks they’re much malign but as an angler and a cook it’s pretty easy to look on the bright side what’s your snag to fish ratio just got a lot better [Music] all [Music] right their flesh is firm flaky and Mild which makes it the perfect fish for baking I’m no Greek but I believe it’s pronounced sa placki it’s good it’s real good that’s good real good
