







So after reading in this sub I tried to use cold sourdough from the fridge.
I fed it the day before but it took all day to rise (it’s very cold in AU now), anyway after it doubled I put in the fridge because I missed my time and used it the next morning straight from the fridge.
Let me tell you. I got beautiful loafs. I think best I ever got.
Totally going to be doing this from now on.
Makes scheduling the bake so much easier.
