This literally tastes like chocolate mousse! You could lower the calories even further by using a zero fat Greek yogurt and low fat whipped topping, but this is what I had on hand this morning.

You just whip the yogurt and pudding mix together really well, and fold in a our whipped topping to keep it super fluffy and delicious πŸ˜‹ I slice the apple into thin pieces and use them to dip into the yogurt. I’m a BIG snacker, so it’s always nice to find something that’s fairly filling for under 300 cals!
