All jokes aside, skirt steak is really good, especially with rice or in tacos or with some potatoes, asparagus, and other stuff.

Skirt steak is awesome. But availability has gone to shit and the prices have gotten so high over the last few years. I usually just pay a bit more and get a strip or ribeye.

I’m a retail meat manager. It costs more for my grocery store chain to buy choice skirt steaks than prime ribeye in bulk. Should tell you how the market feels lol to be fair not a lot of skirt steak on a cow tho 😹
