I now have up-potted my chili plants – what’s next?

I have gone from small pots to bigger pots. Some plants are making flowers and some don’t.

I bought a fertiliser – but is it optimal for this state in the plants life? It’s my first time growing chillies.
The fertiliser I bought is NPK 5-1-4.

Until now I have been giving them 2-2-2
