eating diet low carb tacos should not be disgusting or something you run away from today I’m going to share my favorite corn tortillas and the ones that you need to choose to keep it low carb over the years I’ve been called fat many times but last year I know I was really pushing it and for those reasons I had to change a little bit of the things that I eat luckily I found some amazing cor tortillas I love these tortillas because they’re stone ground and you can actually taste the corn inside them it’s not like the H tortillas these are way better and they really do enhance the flavor of your food the other thing that I like about them is that you can select whatever tortillas fit your family needs so if you want the thick tortillas they have them if you want the thin tortillas that are low carb you want to go with these for your diet tacos your regular tortilla has 70 calories and you can see that your total carbs are going to be 14 G these are definitely thicker and traditional and for the thin tortillas you have 7 G of carbs per tortilla with only 35 calories and they’re definitely a lot thinner but when you want to eat tacos nothing should come in between you and your tacos last time we made instant pot chicken in 3 minutes we started by going with sauté and then we sliced our chicken and placed it in here I’m going to try something a little bit different to see if it moves it along a little faster because by the time everything warms up and the pressure builds up it takes about 5 minutes so we’re going to try and do this as quick as possible so go ahead and click pressure cook and it says 8 minutes I’m going to get everything everything in here before it starts so we’re going to start by adding one garlic a bay leaf 1/4 of an onion and about two cups of water 1 teaspoon of black pepper and about a teaspoon of salt as for your chicken you want to slice it into thin pieces and you see the chicken’s already changing color so you’re just going to place a lid on it hit cancel pressure cook and we’re going to pressure cook for 2 minutes and once your chicken’s done all you have to do is shred it when I’m done shredding the chicken I like to add a little bit of sour cream this allows the chicken to stick once I put it into the corn tortilla and then you can quickly assemble your tacos and place them right into the air fryer which is also going to make them even healthier for you optional but not necessary you can spray your tacos before you air fry them I’m going to keep these three without any oil so that you guys can see the difference and then you’re going to air fry for 14 minutes and while your tacos are frying that’s a good time for you to start shredding your cheese and slicing your lettuce I like to squeeze a little bit of lemon juice on my lettuce it just keeps it nice and fresh and crispy and this SP hot sauce only has 2 G of carb so if you want to add some salsa to the top you don’t have to stress too much they’re still diet Worthy and this one right here is mild it’s not spicy but you get the jalapeno flavor and my family loves it especially with these [Applause] tacles and then Midway during the cooking time you want to go ahead and flip them I’m going to Spritz this side and then you want to continue to fry and boom done our tacos are ready these right here have no oil sprayed on them and these do they’re both crispy and they’re both going to Crunch imagine being able to eat all these tacles guilt-free I love it and crispy tacos will crack so I remember when I was younger I used to get so upset if I got a cracked Taco was difficult for me yeah I was a little kid but now I’m a pro turn them into yep easier to scoop everything with I get told often to put the cheese before uh the lettuce and I just like them La style they’re so good and it’s mandatory you need a lot of cheddar a lot of no carb cheddar I’m not the one fainting today with these tacos it’s a taco itself doesn’t seem this is Cloud’s favorite part the onions just sprinkle them over the top your Salita and you’re ready to Crunch away you have greens with greens on it and if you need a healthy refreshing drink this is my current favorite one it doesn’t taste too green but it’s definitely good for you plant-based tonic it’s green minerals uh you do have a little bit of carbs but this one doesn’t give you the Jitters and and it doesn’t taste too um too green too earthy but it definitely has the benefits so if you guys want to give this a go and tag me after you drink it I would love that I’m going to need somebody very special to say uh you want to say thank you to me mhm wow I’m in the zone in the taco Zone you’re are not in the dangerous zone no you know what I might be using the word diet more often nothing like crunchy diet tacos with your friends as always cloud and I are wishing you the best we absolutely adore you let us know how many diet tacos you’re going to be eating and on that one we’ll see you guys tomorrow bye ell

  4. One of my favorite low-calorie meals to make air fried chicken rolled tacos and a salsa verde.

    And I do pressure cook the chicken also.

    I believe I only have access low calorie or thin mission corn tortillas not the best but they’re good enough once everything’s nice and crispy.

    I even do the same thing with the chicken and then have the tortillas and do rolled enchiladas with a low calorie red or green enchilada sauce.

    I’ve also done Al pastor taco salad with chicken instead of pork.

  11. When we were kids, we always used Pato sauce for taco night. Poured can into measuring cup and passed back and forth across table. Now my family still does, and it always takes me back. I'm going to try this version soon.

  16. Whoever said you were fat are just pissed and jealous they don't look as beautiful as you've always have. I'm not knocking change for health reasons but beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. What counts is the heart and the care you put into your recipes, cooking, and channel shows the amount of love and heart you have for life and your viewers.
