There were 9 here but I ate one before taking the picture lol. I did kind of wing it with the sweetener but it was stevia so it didn't add to the calories anyway. 20g oat flour, 40g cocoa, 1/2 tsp baking soda, pinch of salt, sweetener of choice to taste (probably at least half a cup). Whisk together. Then mix in 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp water, and a bit of vanilla extract. Separately you wanna whip 3 egg whites until you get stiff peaks. Fold the brownie batter into egg white until incorporated and then spread gently into a 9×9 baking pan.

350 F for 15-20 minutes (keep an eye on it). Mine came out with a chocolate souffle texture.

The above ingredients are closer to 300 calories but I rounded up to 400 since I added a couple tbsp of chocolate chips and then sprinkled like less than half a tbsp of powdered sugar on them after they came out of the oven. So so so happy with how they turned out.
